What can my students draw with?

The same tools you have. Trend lines, horizontal lines and rays, channels, Pitchfork, Fibonacci retracement and extension, rectangles and ellipses, text and measures. Every shape stays draggable after it is drawn: grab a handle, move it, and the edit reaches the rest of the room the same way the drawing did.

Can I stop a student drawing on the class chart?

Yes, and it is a rank rather than a per-person switch. Turn off Add/Remove Drawings for a rank and nobody holding it can put a shape on the room chart; turn off Edit Drawings and they cannot move one that is already there. You can change a rank while the room is open.

Where does the room live after the lesson?

Wherever you put it. Attach it to one of the courses you run and everyone taking that course sees it there; leave it as a Private room and it belongs to no course. It is one list in the room, and the first row is the private one.

Is there a course I can look at before I build one?

Traderise Blitz. Four short lessons, about thirty minutes end to end, on the platform itself - charts, drawing tools, the rooms and the academy. It is public, so you can read the whole thing before you write anything of your own.

When does the first charge happen?

Exactly 14 days after you sign up - the card on file is charged for the plan you chose, on the date we showed you at signup. If you have added a card, we email you three days before that date, once. Cancel before then and it is never charged. Either way nothing you drew is deleted: cancelling drops you to Free, so you stop hosting a room of your own, but you stay in every room you were invited to, you still get @-mentioned, and you still draw on those charts.

Does the trial ask for a card?

Not for your first 2 days - you get a real room straight away with no card at all. After that a card is what keeps the room editable: 14 days free either way, and nothing is charged for those 14 days. Cancel before your first charge and the card is never touched. And if you decide against the card, nothing is deleted - the room goes read-only. You still see it, your drawings and the people you invited, and adding a card unlocks it instantly. Or stay on Free: it is not a trial, it never expires, and you can be in as many other people’s rooms as you like on it.

How do I cancel?

There is no cancel button yet, so ending a plan goes through us: email [email protected] from the address your account is registered under, and we stop the next renewal and move you to Free. Nothing you drew is deleted and the Free plan never expires. The part worth knowing is that a standing order or recurring charge is held at our payment provider rather than inside Traderise, so it keeps running until it is stopped there - and that is the part we stop for you. If you are deleting your account as well, write to us before it is erased, because the erasure removes the payment details we would need in order to find it.

Do you refund?

Yes - 30 days, on your first charge, and you do it yourself from Settings → Billing. It lists what you were charged and when, and where the guarantee still covers it there is a button: press it and we return that charge in full to the card that paid it, no reason needed. Renewals are not covered - cancelling stops the next one and you keep what you already paid for until the period ends. If the processor ever declines a refund we tell you it declined, rather than showing you a confirmation we did not get.

How does the device limit work?

Only students of a school have one, and it is the school owner’s anti-sharing control rather than a general limit. A student of a live school is signed in on 3 devices; a 4th sign-in is REFUSED — “Device limit reached. Remove a device from Settings → Security on one of your existing devices to sign in here” — and nothing is signed out behind their back. You, your staff, and anyone who is not a student of a school have no device limit at all. We would rather you read that here than meet it in front of a class.

Is my real-time data included?

Real-time exchange data entitlements vary by market and symbol - check your symbol before you build a lesson around it. We’d rather say that than print “real-time included” across the page.
